A bit about us
Glenavy Garden Centre has been a family-run business on Main Street since 1990. We’re the local garden centre for Glenavy, Crumlin, Lisburn, Ballinderry, Aghalee and the villages around Lough Neagh, and we’re open on Sundays too.
Many of the bedding plants on our benches are grown at our own nursery in Upper Ballinderry, just down the road. That means fresher plants, raised for Northern Ireland weather, and staff who can tell you exactly how they were grown.
Alongside bedding, you’ll find trees, shrubs and perennials, fruit trees including the Irish heritage Blood of the Boyne apple, compost, Kent & Stowe garden tools, garden furniture and gifts. From November, the shop fills with Christmas lights, light-up figures and decorations from Premier and Spectrum.
Can’t call in? Shop online with delivery across Northern Ireland for £4.95, free on orders over £100. Plants are delivered locally within 20 miles. Our gift vouchers never expire, so they make an easy present for any gardener.
We’re also home to the Glenavy Gardening Society, so ask in store about upcoming talks and events.
